Jouw uitdaging bij Advipro

Als C&Q Engineer beschik jij over een helikopter view en ben jij degene die overzicht bewaart over de commissioning en qualification activiteiten en deze ook zelfstandig en gestructureerd coördineert.


Een van jouw taken is het reviewen en goedkeuren van commissioning en qualification documenten. Denk hierbij aan risicobeoordeling, FAT, SAT, change controle documenten en kwalificatieprotocollen- en rapporten.


Daarnaast neem je als C&Q Engineer ook de volgende taken op je:

  • Je werkt met equipment gebruikt voor farmaceutische formulatie, productie en afvulling;
  • Je biedt ondersteuning tijdens de systeem / installatie opstart op gebied van CQV test activiteiten;
  • Je coördineert de implementatie van de validatie richtlijn en de SOP voor de processen en equipment (validation life-cycle process, qualifications);
  • Je coördineert het review proces van CQV deliverables met stakeholders;
  • Kwaliteitsissues na CQV testen en onderhouden van project KPI gerelateerd aan CQV activiteiten;
  • Je bent de schakel tussen project ingenieurs en QA stakeholder om blokkerende punten aan te pakken;
  • Je coördineert Change controls voor GMP-systemen;
  • Je coördineert het overdrachtsproces met de gebruikers;
  • And as last but not least: je bouwt een sterkte relatie op met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.


Ben jij….

Een persoon met een helikopterview, structuur en degene die altijd het overzicht bewaard? Beschik jij daarnaast over:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in engineering én in een GMP-omgeving;
  • Ervaring met diverse activiteiten betreffende validatie en kwalificatie. Dit kent dan ook geen geheimen voor jou;
  • Communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, je spreekt en schrijft volgt Nederlands en Engels;
  • Ervaring en een goede kennis van technische installaties, P&ID en materialen;
  • Een snel begrip van de technische kenmerken van productieapparatuur- en processen. Je voelt je thuis in een farmaceutische productieomgeving;
  • Voor het oplossen van problemen maak je gebruik van een risk-based approach;
  • Als laatste beschik jij over een portie humor, enthousiasme, inzet en passie, dan heb jij een voorsprong op de rest
