De Internal Audit-functie binnen Hanab bevindt zich in een opbouwfase. Als Internal Auditor speel jij een sleutelrol in het opzetten en uitvoeren van een sterk auditprogramma. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines, zoals Finance, Operations en Projectmanagement, en rapporteert direct aan het senior management van de groep. Samen met jouw team creëer je een cultuur waarin risicobeheersing en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan.


Als Internal Auditor bij Hanab help je de organisatie haar interne beheersing en compliance te versterken. Je ontwikkelt en voert audits uit die gericht zijn op het verbeteren van processen en risicobeheersing. Vanuit een onafhankelijke rol breng je adviezen uit die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en effectievere bedrijfsvoering.


Je bent niet alleen uitvoerend, maar ook strategisch betrokken bij het opzetten van een solide Internal Audit-functie. Dit betekent dat je methodologieën en werkprogramma’s ontwikkelt en de impact van jouw aanbevelingen monitort.


Wat ga je doen?


  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van procesgerichte audits binnen diverse bedrijfsdomeinen.
  • Signaleren van risico’s en ontwikkelen van passende maatregelen ter verbetering van interne beheersing.
  • Bijdragen aan het ontwerp en de implementatie van een effectief Internal Audit-programma.
  • Uitvoeren van audits bij projecten en processen om compliance en efficiëntie te waarborgen.
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen en aanbevelingen aan het management.
  • Onderhouden van een constructieve samenwerking met interne stakeholders om verbeteringen te realiseren.


Wie zoeken wij?


Jij bent een analytische en oplossingsgerichte Internal Auditor die graag een bijdrage levert aan het opzetten en professionaliseren van Internal Audit binnen Hanab. Jij hebt een goed oog voor risico’s, maar ziet vooral kansen en verbeteringen.


Wat breng je mee?


  • Een afgeronde WO-opleiding in bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde of accountancy.
  • Een RA of RO-kwalificatie (of in de afrondende fase hiervan).
  • 8-10 jaar relevante werkervaring in audit, bij voorkeur binnen proces audits of bij een Big 4-kantoor.
  • Ervaring met projectaudits en/of audits in de bouw- of infrastructuursector is een pré.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve houding en vermogen om complexe situaties te doorgronden.
