Pharmacovigilance Manager

One of our clients, a pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Pharmacovigilance Manager to strengthen their team.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities as Pharmacovigilance Manager?

• Act as the deputy contact person for Health Authorities for pharmacovigilance matters, supporting the Pharmacovigilance Lead Benelux in ensuring compliance with local PV obligations.
• Oversee the collection, documentation, and follow-up of adverse events and Product Technical Complaints from healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and consumers.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of local procedures in line with regulatory requirements and global PV processes.
• Monitor local pharmacovigilance legislation, perform local literature screenings, and support the implementation of Risk Management Plans and additional Risk Minimization Measures at a local level.
• Coordinate and maintain Safety Data Exchange Agreements and PV agreements with local partners and service providers, ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation.
• Support the implementation of global PV processes at the local level, including safety data collection, regulatory intelligence, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the activities of external PV vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with contractual obligations.

Who is the ideal candidate for this position?

• Pharmaceutical or Scientific education;
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance;
• Fluent or high professional proficiency of Dutch and English;
• Opportunity to work from home (80%).
