Functieomschrijving:

Als Manager van Amorino in Lelystad Batavia Stad ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het algehele reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Jij bent het gezicht van Amorino en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben. Je leidt en motiveert het team, bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze producten en zorgt voor een soepele dagelijkse operatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Operationeel management: Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten van de winkel.
  • Teamleiding en training: Opleiden, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers in het bereiden en serveren van onze ambachtelijke ijsjes.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Zorgen voor een constante hoge kwaliteit van producten en service.
  • Klanttevredenheid: Waarborgen van een uitstekende klantenservice en het opbouwen van een goede relatie met onze klanten.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Beheer van voorraden en bestellingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel altijd goed bevoorraad is.
  • Financieel beheer: Monitoren van verkoopcijfers, beheren van de kassa en opstellen van financiële rapportages.
  • Marketing en promotie: Implementeren van lokale marketingstrategieën om de naamsbekendheid te vergroten en klanten aan te trekken.

Wat wij zoeken:

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de horeca of retail.
  • Leiderschapsvaardigheden: Uitstekende leiderschaps- en managementvaardigheden, met een talent voor het motiveren en ontwikkelen van een team.
  • Klantgericht: Sterke klantgerichte instelling met een passie voor service en kwaliteit.
  • Communicatief vaardig: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om in weekenden en op feestdagen te werken.
  • Passie voor ijs: Liefde voor ambachtelijk ijs en het delen van deze passie met zowel klanten als medewerkers.
