THE POSITION

We’re searching for enthusiastic teammates that enjoy working in the mornings, in fast-paced workplaces and have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure breakfast buffet items are refilled;
  • Keep the breakfast area clean and tidy throughout service hours;
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and relay guest feedback;
  • Support other food and beverage-related tasks as required;
  • Provide excellent service to guests, addressing their needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You are an early bird;
  • Are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards;
  • Have a creative and warm personality and know how to connect everyone and everything;
  • Are representative and guest oriented;
  • Speak excellent English, Dutch language is a plus;
  • Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
