Als In Room Dining Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de In Room Dining afdeling en het overzicht te bewaren tijdens de dagelijkse operatie. Deze afdeling maakt deel uit van ons Grand Café Krasnapolsky. Tijdens de piekmomenten wordt er dan ook verwacht dat jij er bent om je collega’s te ondersteunen in de andere afdelingen van F&B. Je motiveert en stimuleert alle In Room Dining medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de service die zij leveren in lijn is met de Anantara service standaarden en In Room Dining SOP’s. Hier draag je op vele manieren bij om onze hotelgasten een onvergetelijke ervaring te bezorgen.

De ligging van Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam markeert het hart van Amsterdam door het uitzicht op het Koninklijk Paleis en Nationaal monument op de Dam. Het hotel biedt Restaurant The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, het exclusieve restaurant met Michelin-ster in het hotel. Maar ook de bekroonde cocktailbar The Tailor en het modern elegante Grand Café Krasnapolsky.


Samen met 402 moderne kamers, meer dan 2000 vierkante meter vergaderruimte en een Spa & Wellness voor diegenen die op zoek zijn naar ultieme ontspanning, heeft Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky alles om een onvergetelijk verblijf te verzorgen met een authentiek lokaal tintje.   • Professionele kennis en ervaring in Food & Beverage, In Room Dining ervaring is een plus.
  • Een natuurlijke host(ess) met een passie voor gastvrijheid
  • In staat om flexibele uren te werken, ook in het weekend
  • Gemotiveerd om altijd een glimlach op het gezicht van elke gast te toveren.
  • Stressbestendig en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Ervaring in het motiveren van het team en een echte teamplayer mentaliteit
  • Een perfecte beheersing van de Engelse taal is verplicht, Nederlands en andere vreemde talen zijn een plus.
