Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van Project Technical Experts en het verbeteren van de prestaties van onze productieprocessen op verschillende locaties in de regio Noord. Je zorgt voor het ontwikkelen van operatorvaardigheden en leidt projecten om procesverbeteringen door te voeren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:


  • Het analyseren van problemen in productieprocessen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen, inclusief implementatie.
  • Het onderhouden en verbeteren van standaardinstellingen van productieprocessen in samenwerking met R&D (manufacturing control plan).
  • Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van trainingsprogramma’s met betrekking tot manufacturing control plans, standaardinstellingen en troubleshootingrichtlijnen (SOP’s).
  • Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe procestechnieken en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe of aangepaste procesapparatuur voor kwaliteitsverbetering, hogere productiviteit en kostenbesparingen.
  • Het opzetten van programma’s gericht op het verminderen van verliezen (materiaalreductie) en het verbeteren van OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Het leiden van productiviteitsprojecten op Greenbelt-niveau.
  • Het ontwikkelen en beheren van trainingsprogramma’s voor operatorvaardigheden binnen de bakkerij.


Wat vragen wij?

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie beschik je over de volgende

kwaliteiten:

  • Je bent in staat om continue verbeterprocessen te leiden en te implementeren.
  • Je hebt kennis van operationele processen en bijbehorende prestatie-indicatoren.
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van (proces)techniek, food, levensmiddelen technologie of technische bedrijfskunde.
  • Je hebt uitstekende computervaardigheden (zoals Excel en Minitab).
  • Je bent een goede communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Engels en weet je aan te passen aan verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie (van operators tot Plant Manager).
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent prestatiegericht.
  • Je beschikt over een Greenbelt-certificering of bent bereid deze te behalen.
