Quality Manager

Als Quality Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter kwaliteit. Je leidt het team van laboratoriummedewerkers en kwaliteitsinspecteurs en bent de sleutel tot de kwaliteit, zowel intern als extern. Jouw rol strekt zich uit van het verbeteren van halffabricaten tot het optimaliseren van processen in verschillende afdelingen zoals inkoop, HR en productie. Kortom, jij bent de bewaker van de kwaliteit van begin tot eind, en zelfs daarna
Jouw missie? Het bereiken en handhaven van topkwaliteit op alle fronten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de algehele kwaliteitsstandaard binnen de organisatie wordt nageleefd en voortdurend wordt verbeterd. Dit omvat het trainen van personeel in het laboratorium en de productie om kwaliteitsproblemen effectief aan te pakken, zodat zij ook de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen hanteren. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij certificeringen (zoals ISO), voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit, coördineer je audits en werk je aan het verminderen van klachten van klanten. Met een scherp analytisch vermogen ben je in staat deze inzichten om te zetten in praktische verbeterplannen. Je bent een bruggenbouwer en verbeteraar in hart en nieren, en je toont leiderschap door het goede voorbeeld te geven. Hierdoor ontstaat intern draagvlak voor kwaliteit en wordt een cultuurverandering in gang gezet.
Het bedrijf heeft ook een vestiging in Duitsland (Hockenheim). Op afstand geef je leiding aan dit team en bezoek je deze locatie tweemaal per maand om ook daar de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Samen met het team in Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 7 medewerkers in totaal.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, met ruime ervaring als praktijkgerichte Quality Manager in een gereguleerde of gecertificeerde industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie (kennis van HACCP, GMP);
- Je hebt ervaring met het verder ontwikkelen van interne kwaliteitssystemen (zoals ISO 9001) en bent vastberaden om hierin te excelleren;
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, diepgaande kennis van kwaliteit en een resultaatgerichte benadering;
- Ervaring met het verbeteren van kwaliteitssystemen, optimaliseren van productieprocessen en kennis van Lean-principes;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten, bent een enthousiaste motivator en een effectieve communicator.
- Een contract voor minimaal 1 jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot een vast dienstverband bij wederzijdse tevredenheid;
- Een bruto jaarsalaris tussen de € 50.000,- en € 70.000,- incl. vakantiegeld op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
Je gaat werken voor een bedrijf gevestigd in Eindhoven.
Sinds 1959 zijn zij werkzaam in het produceren van folies gemaakt van plantaardige grondstoffen.
