Bij het Digital Information Office (DIO) werken we aan 4 pijlers; enterprise architectuur, data proces management, portfolio management en strategie. Vanuit strategie ligt de focus op de strategische innovatie en visie ontwikkeling op hoe we de strategie uitdragen en hoe we IT- initiatieven afstemmen op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

Je collega's van het DIO. Als Strategic Initiative Consultant werk je nauw samen met de Strategic Initiatieve Lead, je collega Strategic Initiative Consultant, de adviseur sectorsamenwerking en de young professional strategie. Als team kom je minimaal een dag per week samen om samen te werken, verder ben je veel op pad om met je stakeholders te spreken. We werken in een informele sfeer met veel vrijheid, je vindt het geen probleem om zelfstandig te werken en zelf zaken uit te zoeken.

Zo ga jij deze uitdaging aan

Als Sstrategic Initiative Consultant ben je een programmamanager die in samenwerking met je collega's van strategie, de Tech Strategy vertaald naar concrete initiatieven. Je onderzoekt welke behoeften er zijn vanuit de business en brengt de overkoepelende belangen en bijbehorende initiatieven samen in een programma waarvoor je ook uit verantwoordelijk bent voor de uitvoering ervan. Dit doe je uiteraard in nauwe samenwerking met alle stakeholders.

Op operationeel en tactisch niveau pak je de onderwerpen op die randvoorwaardelijk zijn om over negen jaar onze infrastructuur fysiek en digitaal gelijkwaardig te hebben.

Zo pak jij het aan
Je bent een kei in stakeholdermanagement om de behoeften van de collega's te begrijpen en kunt deze vertalen naar een concrete aanpak met een duidelijk resultaat. Je bent vaardig in programmamanagement en houdt ervan om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en zowel de ontwikkeling als uitvoering op te pakken. Je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt ook zicht op de afhankelijkheden en risico's. Verander- en communicatiemanagement zit in je bloed. Je doet onderzoek en stelt analyses op om een verander- en communicatieplan op te stellen op basis van de stakeholder analyse.


Verder heb je:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de energietransitie en een afgeronde relevante HBO/WO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van innovatiemanagement, bestuurskunde, stakeholdermanagement .
  • Sterke stakeholder management vaardigheden en een hoge organisatie sensitiviteit.
  • Sterke verbindende vaardigheden. Je bent een verbinder pur sang die kan samenwerken met uiteenlopende expertise gebieden, als juridische zaken, security, architectuur, etc.
  • Naast de verbinder ben je een sterke projectmanager die over de gave beschikt om van elk idee voor een samenwerking deze om te bouwen tot een concreet plan.
  • Flexibiliteit; geen dag is hetzelfde, je hebt te maken met veel verschillende mensen en dus verschillende wensen. Jij ziet hierin de uitdaging en beweegt je soepel tussen de diverse onderwerpen, belangen en veranderingen.

Bij Enexis werk je in de voorhoede van een van de grootste uitdagingen van onze tijd: de energietransitie. Daarbij zorgen we goed voor je. Dat begint met een uitgebreid welkomstpakket en -programma om je collega's te leren kennen. En met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salaris tussen € 5.375,- en € 7.678,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week). Inclusief secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden kan je salaris oplopen tot € 9.882,- bruto per maand.
  • Bijdrage van 70% aan je ABP Keuzepensioen.
  • Persoonlijk budget van 10% en een 13e maand van 10,7% van je brutojaarsalaris. Deze kun je flexibel inzetten of maandelijks of jaarlijks laten uitbetalen.
  • 24,5 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. Meer oplaadtijd nodig? Met je persoonlijk budget en 13e maand koop je tot wel 35,5 extra verlofdagen.
  • Mogelijkheden om thuis te werken, inclusief een door ons ingerichte thuiswerkplek en een vergoeding van € 2,35 per thuiswerkdag.
  • Laptop of tablet en telefoon die je ook privé mag gebruiken.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding en een eersteklas ov-abonnement voor zakelijk gebruik.
  • Vitaliteitsbudget van € 500,- voor bijvoorbeeld een sportabonnement.
  • Ruimte om te groeien met ons interne ontwikkelplatform of externe opleidingen en trainingen.
