Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to

join our team. This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring

efficient stock management, and supporting logistics operations. The ideal candidate will

possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Accuracy and Stock Management:

  • Validate inbound and outbound stock activities to maintain accurate data in the

inventory management system.

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure no discrepancies between physical and virtual

stock.

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

promptly.

Stock Reconciliation and Audits:

  • Perform quarterly and annual physical inventory counts and reconcile with system

data.

  • Prepare inventory reports highlighting stock accuracy, discrepancies, and corrective

actions.

Logistics Efficiency Support:

  • Assist in analyzing logistics processes to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency

improvements.

  • Support the logistics team with data validation and reporting as needed.

System and Process Optimization:

  • Monitor and update inventory systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to inventory and logistics workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient English language skills.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with a process improvement focus.
