This role combines your love for sports with your expertise in logistics management, offering an exciting opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Your role in our team Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month Work with KPIs and contribute to forecasting to achieve company goals Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe work environment Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during shifts Handle operational tasks and optimize warehouse processes What we're looking for Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management Excellent leadership skills and a passion for team development Strong customer focus (B2C and B2B) and process optimization abilities Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including regular weekend days Experience with daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting Excellent command of the English language Valid work permit and minimum age of 18 years What we offer Competitive salary with potential for monthly bonuses 24 holidays per year to recharge Access to sports coaching and personal development opportunities 20% employee discount on Decathlon brands Opportunity to become a shareholder in our company Travel allowance for commuting Pension plan with pensioenfonds detailhandel Continuous learning and growth opportunities About Decathlon At Decathlon, we're driven by our passion for sports and customer satisfaction.
