The Identity & Access Management ART is responsible for supporting the entire organization with seamless and state of the art Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. All teams work Agile and are moving into a DevOps way of working, you built it, you own it The IAM ART consists of teams focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Directories as well as Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and services.

Job Mission

As IAM sr. Consultant with strong consultancy skills and competences you are part of an Agile team responsible for the design, development, configuration and operation of our IAM Access Management (AM) landscape which includes tools such as Okta and NetIQ. Topics like Single Sign-On, Multi Factor Authentication and Provisioning are well known to you. You like to help clients and they can trust your knowledge and advise. You also enjoy creation and maintaining a safe authentication environment.

The IAM sr. Consultant OKTA works closely together with the IAM Product Owner, Scrum Master, the IAM System Architect and all other members of the IAM DevOps teams part of the Agile Release Train for IAM.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

• Design and prepare OKTA onboardings within our AM landscape.
• Organize workshops and interviews with Stakeholders who need AM services;
• Design and implement of the principles ‘zero trust’ and ‘identity is the new perimeter';
• Design and implement of Multi Factor Authentication;
• Connect applications to Okta with techniques like SAML, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
• Support the system architect by refining and implementing enablers for the architectural runway

• Drive standardization and automation of software testing.
• Actively participate is the SCRUM events.
• Support PO in the realization of designed capabilities/functionalities according to the specifications.

Stakeholder management

• Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge
• Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others

Requested Skills

• Min 7 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management;
• Min 5 years professional experience with AM tooling. Extensive experience with Okta and Okta workflows is a strong pre.
• Experience with REST API’s and modern protocols such as SCIM, OAuth and OIDC.
• You are familiar with automation and the tooling needed.
• Knowledge of and experience with authorization and access management processes;
• Experience with working in an Agile team;
• Capable of identifying improvements in test and development processes;
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.

• Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively under minimal supervision;
• Highly motivated to drive change and to personally grow in a changing environment;
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Certifications

• Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area, computer science. Security knowledge strong precondition;
• Okta Certified Administrator
• You are in possession of a valid work permit for The Netherlands;
• Agile + SAFe certifications are a plus (scrum.org and/or SAFe®certifications).

Context of the position

• You will report to the IT Group Lead for IAM;
• Within the IAM team you will align with peers, the scrum master and the product owner on operational planning and progress.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
