In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het beoordelen van logistieke vraagstukken als het bedenken van oplossingen. Daarnaast geef je uitsluitsel over de technische oplossingsrichting, hierbij rekening houdend met de bestaande structuur van de software. Samen met je team zorg je voor een werkende operatie en een tevreden klant. Je rapporteert aan de Teammanager Customer Services.

Functieomschrijving

Verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Actief meedenken in en het beschrijven van logistieke oplossingen;
  • Aansturen van en vraagbaak zijn voor programmeurs;
  • Identificeren en communiceren van risico’s & hiaten;
  • Maken van technische ontwerpen op basis van functionele specificaties;
  • Monitoren van relevante ontwikkelingen rond bestaande en potentieel nieuwe technieken;
  • Bewaken van de standaard software;
  • On- en offsite livegang begeleiding;
  • Ondersteuning van Business Development.


Wij vragen

  • Afgeronde technische HBO / WO opleiding;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in de logistiek;
  • Ervaring met Warehouse Management Systemen;
  • Ervaring met Progress
  • Vaardig in het delen van kennis met collega’s;
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
