Nasz klient, to producent zaawansowanej technologii logistycznej, który wprowadza rozwiązania pozwalające na automatyzację procesów magazynowych, na przykład poprzez zastosowanie robotów, dzwigów czy regałów automatycznych. Proces logistyczny w takim magazynie jest wydajniejszy, jakość i bezpieczeństwo pracy są lepsze, a czas realizacji zadań krótszy. Ponieważ maszyny nie mogą wykonywać całej pracy bezobsługowo, konieczna jest ingerencja ludzka. Poszukujemy przyszłych operatorow maszyn technologicznych, którzy po ukonczeniu szkoleń, staną sie częścią zespolu w nowoczesnym magazynie.

STANOWISKO
  • przeprowadzasz konserwacje i kontrole maszyn
  • zarządzasz swoim miejscem pracy w sposób schludny i bezpieczny
  • będziesz pracować obsługując zaawansowane urzadzenia technologiczne
  • monitorujesz system logistyczny i w razie potrzeby wprowadzasz zmiany
  • lokalizujesz zakłócenia, awarie, błędy i rozwiązujesz je
  • aktywnie myślisz o ulepszeniach i konsultujesz się ze swoimi współpracownikami i działami
  • praca w niskich temperaturach (2-4°C).
KWALIFIKACJE
  • własne zakwaterowanie i transport do pracy
  • gotowość do pracy w systemie czterozmianowym
  • umiejętność rozróżniania kolorów (brak daltonizmu)
  • precyzjność i dbałość o bezpieczeństwo
  • umiejętność pracy zarówno samodzielnie, jak i w zespole
  • brak lęku wysokości - pracownicy będą przechodzić szkolenie wspinaczkowe
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B1, w stopniu umożliwiającym czytanie instrukcji
  • możliwość pracy w niskich temperaturach (2-4°C)
