Jouw uitdaging

Als medewerker customer service ben jij de spil tussen klant en onze (project)organisatie. Het Customer Service team bij ROCKWOOL bestaat uit 11 personen waar je samen met enkele collega’s primair verantwoordelijk bent voor de Belgische en Nederlandse markt. Standplaats van deze functie is Roermond.

  • Volledig zelfstandig afhandelen en beheren van orders;
  • Accepteren van orders, order entry, bewaking/opvolging van orders en facturen, alsmede de behandeling van eventuele klachten;
  • Afstemmen met logistieke - en productieplanning over productie- en levertijden;
  • Verschaffen van productinformatie en inlichtingen ten aanzien van prijzen, levertijden, enz. alsmede het versturen van informatie aan aanvragers;
  • Actief ondersteunen van de verkoopafdelingen in de commerciële processen zoals project- & offerte-opvolging, relatiebeheer met dealers en montagebedrijven;
  • Verschaffen van eerstelijns technisch advies;
  • Bewaken/up to date houden van info in het ERP-systeem (SAP) en het CRM-systeem.

Dit ben jij

Een proactieve en enthousiaste professional met sterke persoonlijkheid. Je beschikt over een vriendelijke en klantgerichte houding en bent communicatief sterk onderlegd waardoor jij in staat bent met klanten en de interne organisatie een goede relatie op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Ook onder tijdsdruk denk jij vooruit, stel je prioriteiten en bewaak je zowel het organisatie- als het klantbelang. Een goede service verlenen, dat zit in jouw bloed.

  • Afgeronde MBO+ opleiding;
  • Min. 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Goede MS-Office vaardigheden en kennis van SAP- en CRM systeem is een sterke pré;
