Are you the new Working Foreman in 2-shifts for a company that has been a specialist in the machine processing of mushrooms in Horst for more than 60 years? The modern production process involves washing, cutting and pasteurising mushrooms so that they are ready for further processing.

What do we offer?

  • Salary between €2.968 and €3.416 gross per month including allowances;
  • 4,5% annual bonus;
  • Pension scheme and reimbursement of travel expenses;
  • Working in a 2-shift system from 36 to 40 hours per week;

What will you do?

As Co-operating Foreman, you are the linchpin in our production process. You monitor daily production, ensure that all processes run smoothly and support your team on the shop floor. You are both a leader and cooperating team member, with a keen eye for quality and safety.

  • Leading a team and ensuring everyone works efficiently and safely;
  • Actively participate on the shop floor so that you always know what is going on;
  • Monitoring production dashboards and responding quickly to deviations;
  • Optimise daily production processes and increase efficiency;
  • Perform quality checks and ensure production standards are met;
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical problems.


What will you bring?

  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level;
  • Technical insight and experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector;
  • Command of the Dutch or English language in word and writing;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team;
  • A real hands-on mentality - you see what needs to be done and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
