Binnen de afdeling R&D houdt ons software team zich bezig met de software voor onze grootschalige energieopslagsystemen (ESS). Hier ga jij aan de slag als Lead Software Engineer. Door jouw specialisatie, gedrevenheid én oplossingsgerichtheid ben jij degene die binnen ontwikkelprojecten graag de verantwoordelijkheid naar zich toe trekt en mensen weet mee te menen. Het optimaliseren van energieopslag, het koppelen van oplaadpunten aan energieopslagsystemen, het op afstand kunnen beheren en besturen van onze systemen zijn slechts een greep uit de typische vraagstukken waarmee je te maken zal krijgen in deze functie. Deze vraagstukken vragen om innovatieve oplossingen en als Lead Software Engineer heb jij een zeer belangrijke rol in dit proces.
Je werkt binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams en kan door je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden goed en snel schakelen. Het werken met Agile/Scrum frameworks is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid. Samen met het team zorg jij ervoor dat er kwalitatief goede software (op tijd) wordt opgeleverd en dat het werk op de juiste manier wordt verdeeld. Tevens ben je een mentor voor de junior engineers binnen het team en een vraagbaak voor de rest van het team.

- Beschikt over een afgeronde relevante technische Hbo/Wo opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Technische Informatica;
- Gaat secuur te werk, bent creatief, communicatief en initiatiefrijk;
- Hebt een kritische instelling en je bent gericht op het gezamenlijk bereiken van resultaten;
- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring met het ontwikkelen van Embedded software voor een linux operating systeem;
- De programmeertalen C en python kennen geen geheimen voor je;
- Je hebt affiniteit met (vermogens) elektronica.
