As an Account Manager/New Business Manager, you'll be an essential part of their mission to expand their client base and enhance relationships with high-net-worth individuals. In this role, you will leverage your existing network and industry expertise to identify and engage potential clients while building long-lasting partnerships.
Your deep understanding of financial markets, coupled with a passion for cryptocurrencies, will allow you to bridge the gap between traditional investment strategies and the innovative opportunities offered by the crypto space. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a results-driven mindset to help propel their growth and success in the crypto investment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and engage new high-net-worth prospects, cultivating relationships to convert them into long-term clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Network Development: Leverage your existing network and actively build new connections in the crypto and financial industries to expand the client base.
- Advisory & Strategy: Provide tailored investment solutions by leveraging their portfolio offerings, addressing client needs, and offering informed advice on market trends and crypto investment opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the investment and marketing teams to create customised proposals and investment strategies that meet the needs of clients.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with trends in the cryptocurrency market and broader financial markets, ensuring your advice is current and relevant.
- Business Development: Drive commercial initiatives, setting clear objectives and working towards measurable results to help grow the client base and assets under management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Relationship Management & Acquisition: At least 4 years of experience in managing and acquiring high-net-worth clients, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or investment products. Experience in the cryptocurrency space is highly advantageous.
- Financial Expertise: Solid background in financial markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis. Affinity with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and decentralised finance is essential.
- Networking & Business Development: Proven ability to build, manage, and expand relationships through your existing network, while proactively seeking out new prospects and business opportunities.
- Commercial & Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving measurable results. Ability to identify market opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and crypto concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. Capable of interacting confidently with high-level clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to analyse complex market data and trends and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proactive & Independent: Self-driven with a proactive approach to work. Able to operate independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, economics, investments, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken), with the ability to craft clear and compelling content.
