How we see you:

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to expand and assist in the further development of our global HR team based in our head office in Amsterdam, working also closely together with our US based business partner, H&Co. The tasks and responsibilities relate to the entire employee lifecycle from A-Z, from recruitment to offboarding. You will amongst others be involved in:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Improving our internship program, Corpag Curiosity Program.
  • Employee Data Management, including the transition to a new HRM system.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration, together with local third party service providers.
  • Employee Relations, including handling general employee inquiries and organize and/or coordinate local or global employee engagement/well-being initiatives.
  • Compliance and Reporting, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global company regulations, updating employee policies and handbooks.
  • Employee Training & Development, including assisting our inhouse Corpag Academy Committee with the development of our inhouse training program ‘Corpag Academy’.
  • Keeping our Employee HRIS and employee data up to date, including offering general administrative support to local offices with their employee records.

What we like to see:

Ideally, you bring the following experience and interests with you:

  • Required: Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or similar degree in HR field;
  • Required: International exposure and excellent ability to communicate fluently in English with different cultures;
  • Required: Organized, structured way of working.
  • Preferred: 0-2 years of working experience in the HR field in the corporate services industry.
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, PowerBI employee data reporting.
  • Preferred: Dutch and/or Spanish language skills.
