YOUR TASKS

• Oversee and manage the entire transportation operations within the warehouse
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage the transportation budget and optimize resource allocation
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and service providers
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or disputes promptly
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the transportation coordination team, providing training and development opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in transportation management or logistics
• Strong leadership and team management skills preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
