You'll provide training, troubleshoot issues, and act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and share customer feedback to improve the software. - Assist customers with the setup and configuration of our CPQ software to meet their specific needs.
- Monitor the progress of multiple implementations, ensuring that customers are on track to achieve successful adoption of the CPQ solution.
- Train customer on how to effectively use our CPQ software, ensuring they understand how to set up configuration models, generate quotes, and manage workflows.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and support during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the implementation, offering ongoing support and advice as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential bottlenecks early, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to address technical issues and provide timely solutions, ensuring implementation timelines are maintained.
- Facilitate recurring client meetings, on location and online, to discuss implementation progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software by sharing customer feedback and identifying common challenges across implementations.
- A growth-oriented and hands-on mindset, eager to develop as an Implementation Specialist and help customers successfully integrate Elfsquad into their IT landscape and a willingness to learn more.
- The ability to interpret complex information and requirements, translating them into effective and practical solutions.
- A natural affinity for technology and systems, with familiarity in tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, ERP systems, or MS Power Platform.
- Working experience in a fast-paced Software/IT company is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch or German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A structured and organized approach to work on multiple projects and meeting deadlines with precision.
