The Housekeeping Operations Employee (FOH) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms, public areas, and gardens within the hotel premises. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including room cleaning, turndown service, maintenance of public spaces, and liaison with other departments for seamless operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Clean guestrooms thoroughly, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Conduct turndown service during evenings to prepare rooms for the night.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and gardens.
  • Manage heart of the house areas, including linen distribution and stocking service closets.
  • Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or supplies and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to report defects and Food & Beverage department for cleaning different outlets.
  • Stick to proper procedures for separating garbage and follow instructions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability to work shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical strength and endurance to stand, walk, and lift equipment throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to clean rooms, restock service closets, and maintain public areas and gardens.
  • Effective communication skills in English
