Het Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid (NIPV) zoekt een Site Reliability /DevOps Engineer om onze innovatieve veiligheidssystemen te versterken. Wat ga je doen?

Je maakt deel uit van een team van 4 personen. Dit team werkt nauw samen met 12 developers die -verdeeld- front-end en backend doen. De techlead (tevens lead Backend) zet de technische visie uit en wordt hierbij ondersteund door de lead Frontend. Daarnaast hebben we nog 2 PO-ers, 3 businessanalisten en 1 QA manager die in het team zitten. Ons motto is “Goedwerkende software opleveren voor de programma’s LCMS en SIS.”


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:


Systeembetrouwbaarheid & prestaties:

- Monitoren en optimaliseren van de beschikbaarheid en snelheid van onze software.

- Opzetten en onderhouden van geavanceerde monitoringsystemen.

- Plannen voor toekomstige groei en verbeteringen.


Automatisering & DevOps:

- Ontwikkelen van geautomatiseerde oplossingen om handmatige processen te minimaliseren.

- Verbeteren van CI/CD-pijplijnen in samenwerking met ontwikkelteams.

- Beheren en doorvoeren van wijzigingen in productieomgevingen.


Incident management & continue verbetering:

- Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten met focus op structurele verbeteringen.

- Definiëren en meten van KPI’s om de systeembetrouwbaarheid te verhogen.


Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als SRE of DevOps Engineer.
  • Kennis van cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure), containerisatie (Docker) en Kubernetes.
  • Ervaring met CI/CD-tools, scripting (Python, Bash) en infrastructuur-as-code (Terraform).
  • Affiniteit met publieke veiligheid of crisisbeheersing is een pré.

  • Een salaris volgens CAO Rijk, schaal 11 (€4.024,11 - €6.110,94 per maand/36 uur).
  • Een Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) van 16,5% bovenop je salaris.
