Jouw rol

Als Cloud Architect adviseer je de klanten van Ventus hoe zij IT als een dienst kunnen inzetten. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van het huidige en het toekomstige applicatielandschap en adviseer je onze klanten hoe er wordt gemigreerd naar een nieuwe architectuur. Jouw inzicht en ervaring zorgen ervoor dat je op basis van de wensen en eisen een passende architectuur ontwerpt bestaande uit een combinatie van bijvoorbeeld een on-premise omgeving en diverse cloudoplossingen uit de markt. Omdat je ook in staat bent een stappenplan op te leveren leg je de basis voor een succesvolle transitie naar het nieuwe ontwerp. Daarnaast denk je mee over de ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen en diensten voor Ventus IT Professionals.

Wie we zoeken

Enthousiast talent, dat het verschil maakt. Om dit aan te tonen bezit je de volgende vakkennis:

  • HBO/WO werk- denkniveau, gecombineerd met een analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Kennis van cloud en de verschillende service modellen en vormen (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, public, private en hybride)
  • Kennis van applicatielandschappen, processen en architecturen
  • Ervaring met applicatie-, server- en dataconsolidatie en migratietrajecten
  • Een aantoonbaar kennisniveau en praktijkervaring op het gebied van server en storage omgevingen (bij voorkeur Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Google, RES, AppSense, Cisco, HP, EMC, NetApp en Commvault)
  • Naast kennis van cloud heb je kennis op het vlak van netwerken en beveiliging
  • In bezit van rijbewijs B
