As we grow, we're looking for a Data & AI Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of data engineering, front-end development, and AI & ML deployment to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment and wants to build impactful, real-world solutions.


️‍️ About the Role

You will be responsible for building data- & AI-driven applications that make machine learning and analytics accessible to users. Your work will involve everything from data pipelines to designing APIs and deploying AI- & ML-models to creating intuitive front-end interfaces that enable businesses to act on data insights.


Your time will be split between:

Internal Product Development

  • Transforming our ML-powered marketing effectiveness solution from a low-code solution into a full-fledged product.
  • Working closely with the co-founders to define the technical direction and roadmap.
  • Helping determine the best front-end framework (Vue/Nuxt or React/Next) based on your expertise and the product's needs.

Client Projects

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end data & AI solutions for a variety of industries.
  • Developing data pipelines, BI dashboards, APIs, and front-end applications.
  • Working on machine learning integrations, LangChain-powered solutions, and automation tools.
  • Helping clients deploy ML models and operationalize AI solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop front-end applications using Vue/Nuxt or React/Next (your input will shape the tech stack).
  • Implement APIs and back-end services that connect ML models and data pipelines to front-end interfaces.
  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) to support AI and analytics applications.
  • Set up data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models to power BI dashboards and ML models.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and build data solutions that solve real business problems.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts to bring ML models into production.
  • Ensure our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and easy to use for non-technical stakeholders.


✔️ Who You Are

  • 2-5 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or full-stack development.
  • Strong Python development skills (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar).
  • Experience in modern front-end frameworks (Vue/Nuxt, React/Next, etc.) and an ability to design AI- & Analytics-driven UIs.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) to deploy AI and data applications.
  • Comfortable with data pipelines, databases, and APIs to support analytics and ML workflows.
  • Knowledge of ML operationalization (model deployment, LangChain, or serving models via APIs) is a strong plus.
  • Passionate about solving real business problems with data—whether through ML, dashboards, or automation.
  • Always curious and willing to learn new things.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently but also values team collaboration and takes initiative to help build out a fast-growing start-up
