Als Front Office stagiair bij Element Amsterdam Hotel zorg jij ervoor dat onze gasten zich thuis voelen. Je houdt je bezig met allerlei receptietaken en maakt kennis met de Marriott International Brand Standards. Na een korte trainingsperiode zul je als volwaardig medewerker van het Front Office team meedraaien

Element by Westin is onderdeel van Marriott International. Met ruime gastenkamers richt het lifestyle merk zich op zowel zakenreizigers als vakantiegangers met een verblijf variërend van één dag tot meerdere maanden. Het hotel beschikt over 160 moderne kamers, meerdere vergaderzalen en een uitgebreid dakterras; allemaal geïnspireerd door de natuur en slim design.



A day in the life..

6:45: Start van een nieuwe dag bij de Front Office Als eerste bespreek je samen met het team de verwachtingen van de dag. Hoeveel check-ins en check-outs zullen jullie ontvangen?

7:30: Er wordt een check gedaan op alle betalingen.

10:00: Je helpt de eerste gasten met een soepele check-out. Hebben ze een fijne ervaring gehad bij ons?

12:00: Hotel gasten hebben vragen over het ontbijt, jij staat ze netjes en vriendelijk te woord

13:30: Sommige gasten zijn eerder aangekomen. Je checkt of er al een kamer vrij is bij housekeeping en helpt de gasten met hun check-in.

14:30 Er komt nog een telefoontje binnen, die verbind je door met de juiste persoon

14:45: Het is tijd om een report van de dag te gaan schrijven en jouw shift over te dragen aan de avond shift ✔️




Wat verwachten we van jou als Front Office stagiair?

  • Stage van minimaal 20 weken die bij voorkeur start in juni of september.
  • Wonen en het volgen van een relevante studie in Nederland.
  • Diensten van 6.45 uur - 15.00 uur of 14.45 - 23.00 uur
  • Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden (Engels).
