We're looking for an Account Manager for Growth Accounts to join our team in The Hague. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with new Data Center clients, including leading operators, consultants, and electrical contractors. You’ll manage a portfolio of potential clients, actively seeking new sales opportunities and driving new business from key accounts.

Our core business revolves around designing and implementing cutting-edge medium and low voltage solutions and projects. This includes power distribution systems such as medium and low voltage switchgear, transformers, busbar systems, protective relays, automation systems, and modular structures like E-Houses and Skids.

You will make a difference by:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new Data Center clients in the power transmission and distribution sector.
  • Drive sales and actively seek new opportunities to expand business with clients.
  • Work alongside a team of Account Managers, Engineering Experts, and a dedicated support team of project managers, engineers, and estimators.
  • Report to the Team Lead Sales for the Data Center Business Unit and contribute to overall growth strategies.

What will you bring to the table:To succeed in this role, you should be an energetic, open-minded, and confident individual who thrives in a challenge-driven environment. We're seeking someone who is committed to exceeding client expectations and working collaboratively to achieve success.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of power transmission and distribution systems, including medium to low voltage solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude and a willingness to travel (20-30%).
  • Resilience and determination to manage both short and long sales cycles effectively.
