Thanks to your efforts, you will be responsible for our bingo site together with a multidisciplinary team. As Bingo Manager, you will generate the best results. This is because you always see the bigger picture and you understand how product development, brand, acquisition, CRM and technology need to work together to make it happen.You score as Bingo Manager by:

• Taking responsibility for product and user improvements
• Taking care of bingo room performance, opening hours and regular promotions
• Maintaining relationships with our external supplier
• Thinking customer-focused and based on customer journeys
• Using data to generate, test and realize new ideas
• Get and keep people focused and enthusiastic. As a leader, you will ensure proper planning and prioritisation between teams and projects and give everyone the necessary.

And you probably want to know this too: together with the Bingo Coordinators, you make sure all the balls keep rolling.

• Leadership experience, including at least 1 year in leading a commercial department or team
• iGaming experience is a must
• Affinity with bingo games is a big plus
• Experience with product management, budgeting, customer flow and knowledge of the product lifecycle
• Data-driven mindset, you use this in managing the team and in the decisions to be made
• Experience with working in an agile environment is an advantage

In your capacity as Bingo Manager we offer you:

• a salary between €4.600,- and €6.600,- gross per month, depending on your experience a full-time position
• a bonus scheme.
