We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde Communications Specialist die ons team komt versterken om ons te helpen impactvolle communicatie-initiatieven te ontwikkelen. Je helpt ons merk te promoten en betrekt daarbij onze interne en externe stakeholders.
De ideale kandidaat is nieuwsgierig en flexibel. Hij of zij is begonnen met het ontwikkelen van schrijf- en ontwerpvaardigheden en wil nu zijn of haar communicatievaardigheden verder uitbreiden.
Een aantal van je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je creëert boeiende content (zowel geschreven als visueel) voor verschillende communicatiekanalen, zoals intranetberichten, werknemersprofielen, infographics, social media posts, blogs, klantverhalen, websiteteksten en persberichten.
- Ondersteunt de aanwezigheid van Alfen op sociale media door berichten te creëren, de betrokkenheid te monitoren en te reageren op opmerkingen of berichten.
- Helpt bij het coördineren van evenementen, waaronder foto- en videoshoots, beurzen en presentaties.
- Je volgt en analyseert communicatiecontent op impact, zoals websiteverkeer, sociale-mediabetrokkenheid en open rates van e-mails.
- Houdt mediakanalen, sociale mediaplatforms en online forums in de gaten om vermeldingen van het bedrijf, trends in de sector en activiteiten van concurrenten te volgen.
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning, waaronder het organiseren van bestanden, foto's en documenten op ons Teams-kanaal en het vertalen, verspreiden en/of plaatsen van content.

Wat verwachten wij?
We verwachten dat je zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend beheerst, aangezien je een actieve rol hebt in zowel interne als externe communicatie.
Je bent een specialist in het creëren van creatieve content en hebt ervaring met ontwerpen in Adobe.
Wij verwachten dat je het best kunt functioneren in deze rol als je:
- Een Bachelor-diploma in communicatie, journalistiek, marketing, public relations of aanverwante richting op zak hebt.
- 1-3 jaar ervaring hebt in een communicatierol, bij voorkeur in een B2B-omgeving.
- Vaardig bent in het beheren van sociale mediaplatforms en het gebruik van analysetools om prestaties te meten.
- Sterke schrijf-, redactionele en grafische vaardigheden hebt, met het vermogen om content aan te passen voor verschillende doelgroepen en kanalen.

- Een creatieve instelling hebt; skills hebt in MS Power Point en bekend bent met ontwerp- en clientprogramma's (zoals Adobe Creative Suite, inclusief Photoshop, InDesign en Illustrator, evenals Mailchimp en HubSpot).
