Als ervaren tester zorg je ervoor dat onze software doet wat het moet doen, zodat de gebruiker zich kan focussen op zijn werk. Je bijt je vast in lopende issues om deze zo snel en goed mogelijk op te lossen en als het nodig is, bedenk je workarounds. Je voelt je thuis bij een softwarebedrijf zonder managers, waar we met elkaar groeien en werken aan mooie resultaten.

Jouw rol

Onze klanten zijn dagelijks bezig om Nederland mooier en veiliger te maken en vertrouwen daarbij op de software van Bakker&Spees. Samen met jouw collega’s van het Quality Assurance team waarborg jij de kwaliteit. Jij toont initiatief en ‘eigenaarschap’ en denkt actief mee over procesverbetering. Natuurlijk ben je sterk in probleemoplossing en analytisch denken. Je kunt goed communiceren in het Nederlands. Zelfstandig werken wissel je graag af met teamwork, en thuiswerken met de dynamiek op ons kantoor aan de Amstel.

Wie we zoeken

  • Softwaretesten en kwaliteitsborging (minimaal 3 jaar)
  • Bedenken en uitschrijven van testcases
  • Back-end en front-end testing
  • Scripting met geautomatiseerde webtestingtools zoals Selenium (pré)
  • Performance profiling en de bijhorende tools (pré)
  • Scripting in C# (pré)
  • Kennis van API’s en databasestructuren (pré)

Over Bakker & Spees

Bakker & Spees is als automatiseerder constant bezig met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe software en het aanbrengen van verbeteringen in het gebruiksgemak en de functionaliteit van onze software. Uiteraard combineren wij dit met advies en begeleiding bij vakgebonden automatiseringsvraagstukken. Wij leveren RAW- en VISI-programmatuur. Deze werkzaamheden voeren wij uit met een klein team (van ongeveer 18 medewerkers). Globaal kunnen we deze medewerkers opsplitsen in een binnen- en buitendienst. De binnendienst ontwikkelt en programmeert de software en verzorgt de algemene ondersteuning van de bedrijfsvoering. De buitendienst vormt de schakel tussen de klant (gebruiker) en de binnendienst(programmeurs). De buitendienst verkoopt, ondersteunt, implementeert en adviseert bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
