Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience in enterprise sales with SaaS/cloud products.
  • Strong knowledge of the European enterprise market and an established network of decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring sales teams to deliver results.
  • Expertise in complex deal negotiation and account management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a strong focus on sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).




Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand the enterprise market in Europe.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Etiya’s products in non-telco sectors.
  • Build and manage strong B2B relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and promote solutions.
  • Drive pipeline management and ensure accurate sales forecasts and reporting using CRM systems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader.
