Role and Responsibilities

As Main Delivery Owner in Wafer Handler for the EUV machines, you combine a technical role with project planning and execution in a collaborative team environment. The team sits at our development partner as well as at ASML. You will play a key role in the stakeholder alignment on the Wafer Handler performance. You bring the team together, align with manufacturing, discuss customer issues with the engineering team, and drive the planning and execution of changes for the Wafer Handler for the EUV machines and discuss lessons learned with colleagues concerned with the Wafer Handler in DUV. Possible projects that need your strengths are NXE5200, NXE3800 and EXE 5000.

Amongst others, you:

• Maintain the plan to meet the agreed deliverables in time;

• Bring the team together to execute the plan, discuss outcomes for the projects and secure them in progress reports;

• Ensure an effective team together with the project manager, that reflects the work content, ensuring the team has the right information; and interdependencies are identified and managed;

• Organize technical alignments with engineers and architects;

• Manage technical and non-technical risks for new deliveries;

• Dive into field issues, secure fundamental understanding solve problems/escalations while understanding the proper escalation paths and act upon them;

• Drive Wafer Handler issue and upgrades planning with stakeholders (e.g. FLS).

• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and forecasting;

Education and experience

You need the following qualifications to be successful in this challenging and interesting position:

• Master degree (or BSc level + experience) in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering;

• Experience in mechatronic design, preferably within ASML (3-5 years);

• Experience in leading a team of technical experts (1-3 Years);

• Experience in translating observed product performance into root causes and solutions (3-5 years);

• Experience in engineering change control and Technical Product Documentation (3-5 years);

• Experience in managing diverse requirements and needs of cross sector stakeholders (3-5 years);

• Capable to define project plans together with a team, within the delivery boundaries;

• Experience or high affiliation with coaching, making estimates, and distributing work (1-3 years).

Other information

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
