Wat ga jij doen?

Als Cost Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat we met een scherpe en realistische prijs inschrijven op infrastructuurprojecten. Je duikt in de cijfers, maakt kostencalculaties en stelt begrotingen op. Maar dat doe je niet alleen Je werkt samen met projectleiders andere Engineers en leveranciers om de beste oplossingen te vinden.


Wat kun je verwachten?

– Je gaat regelmatig naar locatie om een goed beeld te krijgen van de projecten;

– Samen met het tenderteam bepaal je de beste strategie;

– Je stelt begrotingen op die niet alleen kloppen, maar ook slim en concurrerend zijn;

– Je helpt mee met het beheren en verbeteren van calculatiemodellen en kostenramingen.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

– Analyseren van contracten en projectdocumentatie;

– Maken van kostenramingen en begrotingen;

– Meedenken over kostenbesparing zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit;

– Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en kostenbeheersing;

– Offertes aanvragen en contact onderhouden met leveranciers;

– Processen verbeteren, zodat calculaties steeds efficiënter worden;

– Je zorgt dat je op de hoogte blijft van de ontwikkelingen op de markt.


Wat wij bieden

– Salaris tussen €3.352,- en €6.000,- afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.

– 25 vakantiedagen + 13 Atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;

– Alle benodigde faciliteiten zoals een laptop en mobiele telefoon;

– Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband na een succesvol eerste jaar;

– Werkweek van 32-40 uur voor een goede werk-privé balans.


Jij brengt mee

– Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Installatietechniek of vergelijkbare richting;

– Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie óf 4 jaar als werkvoorbereider/uitvoerder;

– Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor contact met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers;

– Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen projectanalyses en begrotingen;

– Ervaring met kostencalculaties en kostenmodellen;

– Rijbewijs B voor locatie bezoeken en schouwingen;

– Vaardigheid in MS Office, met name Excel;

– Ervaring met calculatiesoftware zoals IBIS en kennis van UAV-GC, System Engineering en RAW is een pré.
