In this role, you'll provide personal service to all guests entering Kimpton De Witt, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding their expectations throughout their stay. While we have standards and procedures, you'll have the opportunity to make each guest's experience special and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests entering the hotel.

  • Assist with telephone and Front of House activities as needed.

  • Handle transportation requests from guests.

  • Park guests' cars and manage related administration.

  • Receive and carry luggage to guest rooms or hallways.

  • Guide guests to the Front Office, rooms, or other hotel outlets.

  • Share general information about hotel facilities.

  • Address and resolve guest complaints, communicating with the Front Office for guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid car license.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills not required.

  • Warm and representative attitude.

  • Willingness to work mixed shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Passion for providing excellent service.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Salary will be €2204,48,- based on a 38-hour contract (excluding tips).
