What you'll do
- Define and implement the physical distribution service level agreements of Signify. Monitor its execution, identify non-conformity, and lead corrective actions
- Analyze, decide, formalize, communicate, and maintain the supply chain part of the CSO (Customer Service Offer
- Feed, through our customers communication pathway, our Customer Service Offer to the markets (See above), including products lead time offer
- Identify continuous improvement plans (quality, productivity, or service): realize deep dive on cost, quality and service, identify root causes, define a yearly roadmap to execute impacting plans with various stakeholders. Build a project pipeline, monitor its progress and results
- Be the contact point for our sales organization to manage Customer logistics contractual requirements. Understand customer requirement towards DC and related systems, elaborate solutions and associated cost with Signify/3PL partners. Provide pricing options to Customers, prepare argument to overcome Customers objection. Upon agreement from Customers and Sales, coordinate implementation and monitor efficiency (Customer satisfaction, cost)
Your qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Customer Order processes, Global distribution processes and capabilities, finance, and IT systems
- Customer centric attitude
- Analytical skills
- Digital proficiency
- Collaborative mindset (Internal and external)
- Strategic thinking (analyze situation, propose solutions in line with Customer needs and align with company strategy)
- Effective communication, able to conduct a sales pitch
- Negotiation skills
