Transformation Specialist, Cloud and Infrastructure

For the last year Adevinta has been on an exciting transformation of bringing all on premise services to AWS public cloud with a clear target of changing our business and organisational model so that our developers can gain immediate benefits using public cloud. This transformation takes place with the Product and Technology business unit and is sponsored by the Cloud and Infrastructure department.

The Cloud Transformation team within C&I and under the Governance and Strategy tribe is the team that drives this long term transformation. The team ensures that C&I is well aligned with P&T and the overall business through the development and execution of an aligned strategy that is well supported by roadmaps, key performance indicators, change management initiatives and communications to help us maximise the positive impact that this strategy brings to C&I and its customers.

Cloud Transformation is looking for a Transformation Specialist to execute initiatives of different scale in the field of transformation and ensure the successful delivery of them within specified timeframes, while driving stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration within and out the Cloud and Infrastructure community.

What you will do

Execute upon a wide portfolio of Change or transformative initiatives within the Cloud and infrastructure organisation such as:

Change Management:Develop and implement change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational transformations.Collaborate with Engineering Managers to identify and mitigate resistance to change.Conduct impact assessments and create plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives with high engagement.Gather engagement data and provide valuable reporting for C&I Leadership teamWays of Working:Provide support to the Cloud and Infrastructure tribes and their teams throughout the transformation journey.Collaborate with Engineering managers to align their team practices Facilitate workshops and training sessions to introduce new ways of working.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed and sustain changes in work practices.Communications:Design and execute communication plans that effectively convey organisational changes to Cloud and Infrastructure teams in collaboration with the internal comms team.Develop engaging content, including newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.Establish feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.Facilitate the execution of Cloud and Infrastructure main events like (All Hands, Demos, Guilds)Work with Adevinta internal communications team to embed Product and Tech objectives and strategy across Cloud and InfrastructureSkills:Partner with AWS and Adevinta Academy team to further develop our learning plans offering (integration, reporting, user engagement).

Who you are

You have a relevant Bachelor's degree. You have a proven experience (3+ years) as a Transformation Consultant or in a similar role, ideally by known consultancy firms.You possess a strong background in change management methodologies and leadership support.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are in position to easily translate your ideas into compelling presentations that can take people along.You are a data driven person.You have the ability to foster collaboration with different personas on the management layer and facilitate workshops effectively.You have experience working with Agile methodologiesYou have project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.You are familiar with tools like Jira, Miro etc
