PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Optimizing inventory levels of finished goods, non-finished goods, and materials in the distribution center (DC) to ensure seamless product availability for our customers. Prioritize receiving, relabeling, and inspections based on available resources and inventory levels.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Collaborating closely with Division Supply Chain and manufacturing teams to facilitate product availability.
  • Managing prioritization of receiving, inspections, and relabeling activities at the DC.
  • Replenishing or procuring inventory items based on specific product requirements.
  • Analyzing and monitoring stock levels of all inventory items from Abbott and OEM suppliers, as well as materials used in AVN processes.
  • Supporting sales and marketing with product allocations.
  • Acting as a key user for SAP purchasing.
  • Ensuring compliance with Abbott, legal, and industry standards (e.g., ISO14385, ISO14001, etc).

  • Seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in international business with a focus on Supply Chain or relevant education, along with some procurement or medical device environment experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and/or ERPs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Thriving in precision-driven and fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholder scenarios.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Demonstrated drive for achieving results.
