Wat ga je doen

Pon Equipment is de specialist in het verkopen en het onderhouden van Caterpillar grondverzet materieel. Voor het Customer Solutions team zijn we op zoek naar een Condition Monitoring Advisor die ons kan helpen om onze machines in topconditie te houden Machinegegevens zijn op afstand inzichtelijk en jij bent de vertaalsleutel om met die data meerwaarde voor onze klanten te bieden. Wij zoeken iemand die ons helpt om dit verder op te zetten, te ontwikkelen en uit te breiden.

Concreet is dit wat je dagelijks doet:

  • Je beoordeelt afwijkingen in gebruik, conditie en verbruik van de machines aan de hand van beschikbare data via telemetrie, oliemonsters en vanuit de service historie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, interpreteren, administreren, monitoren en rapporteren van operationele en technische data van alle Caterpillar grondverzetmachines.
  • Je beheert alle tools en processen rond telemetrie, zoals VisionLink voor klanten beschikbaar is.
  • Je beheert machines op afstand via o.a. Remote software updates.

Als onderdeel van het Customer Solutions-team, werk je nauw samen met 9 collega's en rapporteer je aan de Manager Servicecontracten. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het maandelijks opstellen van adviezen voor klantvloten, waarbij je zoekt naar afwijkingen en deze duidelijk communiceert naar de vlootbeheerders. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het oplossen van acute vragen van zowel klanten als collega's. Of het nu gaat om het op afstand aanpassen van de oliestroom naar een werktuig of het analyseren van storingen, jij speelt een cruciale rol in het bieden van oplossingen en het waarborgen van klanttevredenheid.

Wat vragen we van jou

Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je accuraat bent, met name bij het registreren en interpreteren van de data. Je bent een teamspeler met een uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, en je bent gericht op samenwerking om optimale resultaten te behalen.

Verder vragen wij:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een opleiding in de richting van motorvoertuigentechniek of werktuigbouwkunde;
  • Kennis en ervaring met dataverwerking en trendanalyses;
  • Affiniteit met grondverzetmachines is nuttig;
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: klantgericht, analytisch, proactief, veiligheidsbewustzijn en een abstract denkniveau;

We bieden je een goed salaris tussen €3.050, - €4.100,- bruto per maand gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast bieden wij uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bonusregeling van maximaal 8,5%, 32 vakantiedagen, bijdrage in de premie van de collectieve zorgverzekering, en korting op eigen producten van Pon.
