Wat ga je doen?
In jouw nieuwe rol als Aircraft Maintenance Programs & Reliability Engineer ben je, met de primaire focus op Reliability, ambassadeur van de reliability werkzaamheden binnen Fleet & Technical Services. Dit doe je voor zowel onze Boeings, als onze nieuwe Airbussen.
Onze vloot wordt de komende jaren vervangen met twee nieuwe types vliegtuigen, namelijk de Airbus A320neo en AirbusA321neo. De eerste nieuwe aanwinsten hebben wij inmiddels in ontvangst mogen nemen. De komende jaren verduurzamen we onze gehele vloot en dit betekent een spannende en mooie uitdaging voor Engineering
Concreter?
- Je meet de prestaties van de vloot en identificeert trends op het gebied van onderhoud- en vliegtuig data. Op basis van jouw analyse onderzoek je de oorzaak achter technische issues en presenteer je een verbetervoorstel;
- Herhaalklachten op de vloot worden gemonitord opgevolgd door een groep ervaren monteurs. Aan jou de taak om hen te voeden met 'best practice' informatie die zij kunnen toepassen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het Reliability dashboard en de kwaliteit hiervan, je stuurt bij en ontwikkelt door waar nodig. Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen zoals Supply Chain en Planning & Control, maar ook met leveranciers, aan het ontsluiten en combineren van extra databronnen om zo (nog) meer inzicht te verkrijgen;
- Door verbeterprojecten zorg jij ervoor dat analyses verder worden geautomatiseerd, processen worden gestroomlijnd, of dat de intervallen op onderhoudstaken op een verantwoorde wijze worden verhoogd;
- Je bent op de hoogte van de status van wereldwijde onderzoeken, door het bijwonen van conferenties en webinars.
Waar land je?
Als Aircraft Maintenance Programs & Reliability Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling Engineering bij Fleet & Technical Services. Engineering ondersteunt de onderhoudsorganisatie en vliegoperatie met haar kennis en expertise en verzorgt o.a. de normeringen en technische specificaties voor de uitvoering van onderhoud en modificaties, in samenwerking met andere teams binnen en buiten ons bedrijf. Daarnaast zoekt Engineering continu naar verbeteringen in de organisatie, operatie en vloot en valt Transavia's Design Organisation onder Engineering. Engineering bevat 5 inhoudelijke vakgroepen: Powerplant, Avionica, Interiors, Structures & Systems en Maintenance Programs. Ook het Technische Documentatie Centrum valt onder Engineering.
Jouw profiel
Wi e ben jij?Je hebt een relevante Hbo-opleiding afgerond, zoals Luchtvaarttechniek of Aviation Engineering. Je hebt een passie voor techniek en in het bijzonder voor de maintenance programs. Het liefst heb je minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met Part-M en/of equivalente regelgeving. En 5 jaar recente ervaring als grondwerktuigkundige op Hbo-niveau vinden wij ook interessant

- Pak je zaken uit jezelf op en ben je stressbestendig;
- Kun je goed prioriteiten stellen en omgaan met verschillende belangen in een organisatie;
- Ben je vaardig in communiceren en adviseren, in het Nederlands en in het Engels;
- Ben je nauwkeurig, maar ook in staat van tijd tot tijd een helikopterview in te nemen;
- Ben je analytisch sterk met een goed abstract denkvermogen;
- Heb je affiniteit met data, digitalisering en het analyseren van data met bijv. Weibull;
- Ervaring met het onderwerp Reliability en het maken van root cause analyses, MSG-3 en het implementeren van verbetertrajecten zijn een pré;
- Praktijkervaring met TRAX of een andere ERP applicatie is een pre.
