The Partner Transformation Team is shaping the future of our Partner channel in Health Systems and building a roadmap for development in order to capture both the opportunities of today and new markets opportunities for decades to come. As a significant and growing portion of Health Systems business in International Markets is done through our Channel Partners, today this is one of the main priorities for Philips. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a skilled and diverse team, driving an exciting multi-year transformational program, with a start-up mindset within an established company. Help implementing, support adoption and management of multiple partner programs for health-systems Partners, across Philips' International Region.

Build and develop relationships with stakeholders from all the zones ensuring the correct and effective positioning of the different deliverables required to successfully implement our programs.

Support zones in the engagement with Partners (individually and in events) to promote the adoption of Philips' Partner programs.

Act as a trusted-advisor and consultant for partner management roles and Partners on how to extract value and rewards from our programs. Be a voice of the zones and Partners, consolidating meaningful and common feedback, which is key to enable future improvements. Become a subject matter expert in all things related to Partner programs.

Your role:

  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Partner programs in the different zones of International Region, internally and with Partners (1-1 meetings and events)
  • Articulate present value and future vision of Philips' partner programs, being able to create excitement and motivating a quick and effective adoption
  • Act as a consultant with Partners on how to extract value – in multiple ways – from the different components of our programs
  • Support interlock with multiple stakeholders (including Partners, Zones and Business Units)
    • Provide bi-directional feedback on adoption, challenges and opportunities related to Partner programs and their deployment
    • Help identifying common needs that can support the enhancement and evolution of Partner programs
  • Support Partner programs' operations, processes, support, projectsand communications.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales or field marketing (downstream) roles
  • Plus experience in creating and developing relationships with external entities -> specific experience with Channel Partners / Distributors
  • Influencing, consultative and leadership skills
  • Project management – structured approach to managing and controlling deployments and deadlines
  • Presentation skills (building and delivering) and proficiency in MS Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English
