Jouw rol

Als Staff Assurance bij CROP werk je vanaf dag één rechtstreeks voor onze klanten. Je levert een essentiële bijdrage aan de uitvoering van assurance-opdrachten en krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling. Afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring ben je in staat om collega's te coachen in hun werkzaamheden. Ons klantenpakket is divers en bestaat uit zowel nationale als regionale klanten van diverse omvang uit de midden markt. Je beschikt over een brede interesse en je kunt inspelen op de behoeftes van onze diverse type klanten.     Wie ben jij?

    • Heeft een hbo- of universitaire opleiding afgerond.
    • Volgt momenteel de opleiding tot registeraccountant (RA).
    • Beschikt over 3-6 jaar werkervaring als accountant binnen de audit-praktijk.
    • Is klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Is een teamplayer.
