Your Role:

We are here to safeguard our home planet. By taking on a pivotal position within the Inventory Business Applications Lifecycle, you will contribute to our mission by participating in the solution design, development, testing, and maintenance of all business applications, with a focus on ERP & IBP.

The Supply Chain & Planning System Analyst will ensure that the system aligns with organizational requirements, managing changes across functions and regions. Responsibilities include supporting performance monitoring, issue resolution, leveraging both business and technical IT knowledge, and collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Main Tasks:
  • Be a significant contributor to our D365 F&O Supply Chain and IBP Program team, overseeing implementation, problem identification, and providing support for system adoption lifecycle and enhancements in Demand Planning and Logistics departments.
  • Lead and prioritize supply chain system change requirements and new initiatives within the DevOps backlog, implementing them based on urgency and operational impact in alignment with Agile practices.
  • Support and validate completeness of user stories, development, test scripts, and overall documentation.
  • Foster collaboration across functions and regions, following agile guidelines.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions in alignment with the roadmap.
  • Assist and participate in design sessions to prototype new configurations, extensions, and integrations to enhance business processes, operations, and information flows.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and external parties to plan and execute various initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure performance and maintenance of batch jobs, procedures, and integrations alongside the Data & Interface Analyst for D365 F&O, IBP, and other business applications.
  • Support in defining data migration parameters, data cleansing, and validation processes when necessary.
  • Take an active role in user training to enable efficient system use and adoption of processes, offering customized training when required.
  • Maintain current knowledge base, documentation, and understanding of business applications and architecture.
  • Develop and document IT risk mitigation procedures as needed.

  • Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role with technical implementation experience
  • Knowledge of ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O) and IBP applications
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Demand Planning business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think critically with a service-oriented mindset, identifying root causes and optimal solutions to prevent future issues
  • Proven consultative ability to grasp functional business processes, related IT needs, and deliver solutions and proposals
  • Preferably familiar with Agile Practices and experience with DevOps is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Flexible, proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach
