About this role:


Are you a seasoned project manager, creative, proactive, and looking for an exciting career with great responsibilities within Digital Media marketing? Are you passionate about the digital industry, and highly motivated with communication, and problem-solving skills? If so then keep reading.

In order to continue growing rapidly, we are looking for a collaborative Digital Media Campaign Lead to join our legendary Digital Media team. As the Digital Media Campaign Lead you will be responsible for developing and activating the Digital Media Go to Market Strategy, across our European markets, boosting awareness and preference of our Brand, and managing internal and external stakeholders across our matrix marketing organisation.


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Developing the campaign activation strategy for Digital Media across 14 markets balancing central approach with market relevancy and integrating it to the overall brand media strategy.
  • Leading the full campaign planning process for Digital Media: Evaluating campaign briefs from internal stakeholders across Marketing & other departments, based on function eligibility criteria. Building multi-market digital media plans to achieve campaign objectives. Integrating within overall campaign media plans, aligning with internal teams and agency partners. Coordinating with Digital Media specialists to ensure smooth campaign and testing implementation across all programmatic and social media platforms. And reporting on campaign performance and communicating to senior leadership.
  • Owning the Digital media creative vision and playbook: Building the Digital Media creative vision liaising with internal and external experts. Collecting, updating, and sharing digital media creative requirements with the Brand team. Liaising with the Content and Automation leads to ensuring both creative excellence and effective asset creation for Digital Media. And briefing DM led creative requests across all digital platforms.
  • Leading the campaign planning cross-functional initiative across the entire Performance Organisation developing a campaign calendar showing overall media pressure for all countries.
  • Influencing and participating in DM strategy reporting directly to the Head of Digital Media.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Strategic experience in digital advertising on the client or agency side working for multinational big consumer brands with large budgets.
  • Experience leading complex projects and proficiency using Project Management tools.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders as well as coordinate specialists' teams.
  • Excellent understanding and passion for new technology, digital and social marketing.
  • Analytical with the ability to review campaign results, understand them, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent creative understanding and ability to brief and assess effective digital creative.
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Problem solver.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Works well under pressure in an agile and proactive way.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
