Your Tasks

  • Team Lead: Develop, coach and lead a team of 3 procurement officers and a procurement process expert.
  • Category Strategy: Create and implement procurement strategies for new and existing categories, such as facilities, infrastructure, automation, materials etc. Work closely together with internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Supplier Management: Optimize supplier relationships and preferred supplier base.
  • Contract/Tender Management: Improve current contracts and manage their internal contract and tender tool.
  • Savings & Savings Tracker: Identify an drive cost-saving initiatives, you'll report directly to the CFO. You are part of the European Procurement Committee and collaborate to achieve greater efficiency and procurement advantages.
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and several years of experience within Procurement.
  • Team coaching and supervision experience.
  • Contract and supplier management experience.
