Job Role DetailsWhat you'll be doing in this position:
- Managing existing automation test frameworks
- Gathering and analyzing quality metrics from test runs
- Collaborating with developers to devise tailored testing strategies for upcoming features and automating them
- Creating comprehensive test plans, executing them, and automation where possible
- Assisting engineering teams in resolving application issues and troubleshooting in dev/test environments
Key qualifications for this role:
- 8+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or software development, with a background in leading quality initiatives within a scrum team of 4-6 QE engineers
- Proficiency in Java programming using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, as well as JavaScript
- Experience with tools like Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), understanding their advantages and limitations
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration for daily tasks
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions across teams with a good grasp of SDLC principles
- Experience working with Native Mobile Applications on IOS and Android platforms
