Asiakkaamme on monikansallinen tietokonejärjestelmäintegraattoreiden toimiala. Iso-Britanniassa ja Euroopassa kasvun ansiosta he ovat hiljattain avanneet uuden asiakaspalvelukeskuksen Heerlenissä. Tämä keskus keskittyy varmistamaan, että tarjoamme parasta huoltopalvelua asiakkaillemme kaikkialla Euroopassa.
Tässä roolissa keskityt varmistamaan parhaan mahdollisen asiakas- sekä huoltopalvelun asiakkaille kaikkialla Euroopassa. Tulet myös hoitamaan asiakastakuun palautuksia, uusien tuotteiden jakelun ja pre-sales/after-sales myynti-huollon.
Työtehtävät:
- Ammattitaitoisena myynti- ja teknisen tuen asiakaspalvelijana toimiminen uusille ja nykyisille asiakkaille puheluiden ja sähköpostien avulla.
- Uusien sekä olemassa olevien tilauksien luominen ja muokkaaminen.
- Asiakasrekisterien ylläpitäminen.
- Maksujen, palautusten ja luottotoimeksiantojen käsittely tarpeen mukaan.
- Yhteydenpito yrityksen muihin osastoihin sekä käännöstöissä avustaminen.
Hakemallamme kandidaatilla on:
- Viimeisimpien tietokonelaitteistojen tuntemus ja tietoa/aikaisempaa kokemusta miten tietokoneet konfiguroidaan ja rakennetaan.
- Aikaisempaa asiakaspalvelu kokemusta
- Perustiedot sekä software että hardware vianmäärityksestä.
- Kyky selittää teknisiä termejä ei-teknisille asiakkaille.
- Kiinnostus uusimpaan teknologiaan ja peleihin/ohjelmistoihin
- Kyky työskennellä kiireisessä ympäristössä, ylläpitäen ammattimaista asiakaspalveluotetta.
- Toivomme hakijlata täsmällisyyttä, luotettavuutta, tunnollisuutta ja erinomaisia kommunikointitaitoja.
