Een complexe taak omdat de medewerkers en de kennis van TNO enorm in de spotlights staat. Internationaal. En daar kom jij als Security Advisor om de hoek kijken. #LI-Hybrid

Wat ga je doen?

Als Security Advisor ben jij ambassadeur op het gebied van Security binnen TNO. Samen met je andere collega's binnen het security team, ben je het gezicht en aanspreekpunt voor ongeveer 5000 TNO-medewerkers die allemaal te maken hebben met gevoelige informatie. Ook voor externe stakeholders ben jij samen met je collega's het aanspreekpunt als het gaat om wet- en regelgeving en compliancy. Denk aan ministeries als Defensie, BZK, EZK en OCW. Of aan samenwerkingspartners in de Tech industrie, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

Jouw rol is complex. Aan de ene kant moet je inspireren, mensen bewust maken van veiligheidsrisico's en hun verantwoordelijkheid hierin. Dit is een continu proces omdat de wereld voortdurend verandert en veiligheid dus ook. Deze veranderingen houd je in de gaten. En je vertaalt ze naar beleid en awareness programma's die je jaarlijks up to date houdt.

Naast deze inspirerende rol heb je ook een rol waarin je controleert op de uitvoering van het Security beleid en ondersteunt bij audits en uitvragen vanuit bijvoorbeeld de overheid. Dit is cruciaal voor TNO. Want als wij niet compliant zijn, heeft dat enorme impact op het werk dat we binnen TNO doen.

Kortom: een uitdagende rol waarin veiligheid, beleid, ambassadeurschap, inspirerend zijn en toezicht houden samen komen. In een complexe omgeving waar veiligheid maatschappelijke impact heeft.

Het team

Als Security Advisor werk je binnen een team bestaande uit 10 collega's en val je hiërarchisch onder de Corporate Security Officer van TNO. Daarnaast zijn er binnen TNO ook local security officers die de ogen en oren van ons op de verschillende locaties zijn. En technische specialisten binnen de crypto-organisatie en het SOC. Samen zijn we verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van alle kennis, informatie en technologie van TNO.

Voor deze rol zoeken we een collega die zich herkent in onderstaand profiel:

  • Een afgeronde Master richting Security of (technische) IT richting;
  • Proactieve werkhouding, je neemt initatief en je komt met verbetervoorstellen;
  • Sociaal vaardig, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en gericht op samenwerken;
  • Flexibel en bereid om waar nodig al onze locaties te bezoeken;
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met een verscheidenheid aan taken;
  • Vloeiende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal. In woord en geschrift.

Naast een bruto (fulltime) maandsalaris tussen € 3.250,- en € 3.500,- (afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring), vakantiegeld (8%), een dertiende maand (8,33%) en een flexbudget (5,58% + €180), krijg je alle mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
