YOUR TASKS

You're a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stayYou are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-outBesides for our guests, you're also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external techniciansYou respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activitiesYou take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much moreYou enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive oneYou're flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late and nightshifts, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the jobLast but not least; you're a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
YOUR PROFILE
You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitalityYou possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasksYou are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guestsYou are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges togetherYou have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)You are fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage
