Als Technical Consultant bij ICT Group ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en het begeleiden van klanten vanaf de aanvraag tot en met de nazorg. Je brengt knelpunten in kaart, adviseert klanten en ontwikkelt oplossingen om processen te optimaliseren. Je haalt de functionele eisen en wensen op bij de klant en vertaalt deze naar technische specificaties en documentatie. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de scope, begroting, planning en voortgangsbewaking van de gevraagde oplossing. Je werkt samen met interne collega's en externe system integrators om de projecten tot een succes te maken. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij projectmanagement, change management en het coachen van junioren. Je bent onderdeel van de unit food, chemicals en life sciences, welke werkt aan uitdagende industriële automatiseringsprojecten.
