Over de klant

De klant is de fysieke hotspot voor sociaal ondernemerschap met twee locaties in Utrecht en een in Amsterdam. Alle locaties zijn unieke plekken en hotspots voor iedereen die wil komen ontmoeten, werken en vergaderen. Dat combineren we met een divers aanbod aan evenementen met focus op sociale en duurzame ontwikkelingen. Met een jong team in een dynamische omgeving zorgen wij dat we samenwerkingen stimuleren en verbindingen leggen tussen overheid, bedrijven en burgers om zo de beweging richting een duurzame maatschappij te versnellen.

B Corporation

De klant is sinds maart 2022 een B Corporation. B Corporations (B Corp) zijn bedrijven die door B Lab zijn geverifieerd om te voldoen aan hoge normen op het gebied van sociale en milieuprestaties, transparantie en aansprakelijkheid. Bij ons staat sociaal ondernemerschap centraal en willen wij laten zien dat maatschappelijke doelstellingen hand in hand gaan met economische doelstellingen, oftewel 'using business as a force for good'.

Functieomschrijving

Als locatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen & zeilen op onze nieuwe locatie in Utrecht. Deze rol is een combinatie van commerciële activiteiten, hands-on actie, aansturen van teamgenoten en boekingen managen op de dag zelf. Jij zorgt voor een optimale bezetting, faciliteert inspirerende evenementen en zet De klant verder op de kaart als dé hotspot voor sociaal ondernemerschap. In die rol ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de relaties met de members binnen De klant en het relatiemanagement daarbuiten. Je verzorgt het beheer van het pand en bent aanspreekpunt voor alle facilitaire zaken in en om deze locatie. Met jouw team in Amsterdam en collega's op andere locaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van de klant en ga je de uitdaging aan om de doelstellingen te behalen én te overtreffen.
